MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. The singer is an important player within music in the Latin mainstream. Una Lady Como Tu from 2016 received an Colombian Kids Choice Award as Favorite Song for the year 2017. He released his debut long-player ADN for the Medellin-based Sony-distributed La Industria Inc. In the Top Latin Albums chart ranked the album at 8. Vaina Loca, which was an album that was a Top Five smash hit in 2010 featured him along with Ozuna. Mala Influencia is made available in 2020 by Noriel and her Dopamina album that year. He also appeared in a duet with TINI for her hit online track Maldita Foto. In 2023, 2000 with the hit song La Bachata was released. Turizo was born into a musical household both his parents have been musicians. In interviews, he has stated that music was a necessity. When he was a kid, he began learning how to play the saxophone, the ukulele, and piano. His initial choice of career was to be a veterinarian however, his brother Julian persuaded him to learn how to sing under an instructor from a Cuban teacher. What happened was that he found his ability to sing and also changed the course his life.
