Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit Madhuri dixit, an Indian actor who has been known for her roles in Hum Aapke Hain Koun (Beta Saajan) and Beta Saajan is one of the most well-known Indian actors. Her career began in the 80s before coming into prominence thanks to her character in the Tezaab film, in which she appeared alongside the veteran actor Anil Kapoor. Her next appearance was in Dil where she was on screen with Aamir. As a child, the Mumbai-born dancer began learning at an early stage. As a teen, she tried her hand at acting, but most of those early films did not succeed. She found fame and became one of the top film actresses. In the aftermath of her wedding, she took a brief time off from her acting career before returning. More recently she played an integral character in the film Gulaab Gang which was about the struggle of women living in India. Dixit was awarded the film eight Filmfare Awards out of the 15 she was up for nominations. Padma Shri is the fourth highest civilian honor in India. Her work in the field of social service is well-known.
